General Terms of Business

KAYSER Berndorf AG sees itself as a reputable business partner that has no desire to inflict confusing small print on its customers. So as long as there is no legal requirement to issue terms of business, we will not do so.

We supply all our goods in accordance with the relevant Austrian and EU legislation. Individual arrangements on aspects such as retention of title are listed on the delivery documents, and advance notice of these is given in the order confirmation or proforma invoice. The venue for disputes is Vienna.
